I've been exactly where you are.

I grew up sick — dismissed by doctor after doctor, told nothing was wrong, sent home without answers. I remember thinking: there's no way everyone else feels this way. So I started searching for the truth myself.

Hundreds of hours of research. A deep dive into functional and preventative medicine. My own rock bottom — knowing where I wanted to be, but having no idea how to get there. That journey is what shaped everything I do today.

I'm not anti-medicine. I'm pro-options. I want you to know what's possible when you give your body the right tools — before assuming a prescription is your only path forward.

I wake up excited about food and fitness every single day. And I can't wait to share that with you.
